I am a passionate hairstylist who specializes in Color and Brazilian Blowouts. I have been in this business for over 10 years and take a lot of pride in what I do. • My goal is that every client leaves happy. If my client is not happy, I will do everything in my power to fix any issue. If my client goes home and decides the next day they don’t like something or if I did something wrong, I will gladly fix it with no charge. This must be addressed within 7 days of your appointment. • I am here to run my business as smoothly as possible for myself and amazing clients. I require a deposit for new clients who are booking a Color or a Brazilian Blowout. Deposits go towards the service. If needed, I allow your appointment to be rescheduled within 7 days of your original appointment and your deposit is transferable within those 7 days. If an appointment needs to be rescheduled, I need to be notified within 24 hours or your deposit will not transfer. • I also have a 15 minute late policy. If you are 15 minutes late, I will have to cancel/reschedule your appointment.Business Hours
